What exactly is Puhpy?
Glad you asked. Puhpy is a marketplace to buy or sell the best dog products, and even subscription boxes.
Items offered on Puhpy are made with love by partners we believe will serve you and your furry buddy well.
Our partners are small business owners who offer your buddy only the best they can.
Will I be locked into a contract with Puhpy?
No. If you choose to subscribe to an offering, you won’t be locked into a contract.
You can cancel at any time, from your account dashboard.
Is my payment information safe with Puhpy?
Your complete payment information is never seen, captured or stored by Puhpy.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe or PayPal (leading processors).
Puhpy only gets the last 4 digits of the card you pay with, for order reference. And for your own reference in your dashboard.
How do I contact Puhpy or a Vendor Partner?
You can reach Puhpy on our contact page, with any questions you have. We’ll be happy to hear from you.
You can also reach a vendor partner via the contact information on their store page.
In addition, you can make an inquiry on the product page of the item you’re interested in.
When will I receive my first box if I subscribe to an item?
We know you can’t wait! If you choose to go with a recurring subscription, each partner specifies their prep and delivery time.
This prep time is typically 1-3 business days, in addition to the shipping time they provide.
What is the general return policy?
We understand unforeseen issues happen. Each partner will indicate their return or refund policy.
Please check the Policy tab in their store page.
Please note, some items, like treats might not be returnable.
If you are unable to resolve an issue with a partner, Puhpy will always intervene, to make sure all parties receive a fair outcome.
What payment methods are accepted on Puhpy?
You can pay for your items with a debit card, credit card or via PayPal.
All payments are processed by either Stripe or PayPal, depending on your choice.
