Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States within 1-3 business days.

In the event that your items will be delayed longer than 3 days, you will be notified prior to your shipping date.  We will make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible. 

Shipping costs are added with every transaction during your subscription. 

Refund Policy

If you are truly unsatisfied with our products, please begin the refund process with Puhpy.com and we will contact you further regarding your refund request.  Refund requests must be submitted no more than 3 days after receiving your subscription box(es).

Refund requests submitted after 3 days of receiving your subscription box(es) will not be approved.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Subscription cancellations can be made at any time.  There are no refunds or partial refunds on paid subscriptions.  If you cancel your subscription, it will take effect the next billing cycle.

If your monthly payment was just completed your box(es) will still be mailed out to you and further shipments will be cancelled.

Exchanges can be requested for the following reasons:  your products are not optimally fresh or products are damaged.  In either case, please provide photos and description of the issue to thebrownbakingcompany@gmail.com and we will come to resolution for a refund or exchange.

All sales are final except in the case of a product quality issue in which you need to complete a refund request with Puhpy.com and your concern will be looked at further.
